Payments will be expected for the commissioned work within 30 days of the issue of the relevant invoice. If the remaining fees on the invoice is not paid when requested within 30 days, The Photographer reserves the right to charge interest at the rate prescribed by the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998 from the date payment was due until the date payment is made.

Once you have paid a booking fee for one of my services, the (50%) deposit guarantees that I'll hold the date exclusively for you, a term and business contract is formed between us.
The fee and all monies paid are non-refundable as I lock in the date & time and turn down all other commissioned work for that date.

If <Client> wishes to postpone or otherwise change the Event date... if the Photographer is available for the desired new date, Photographer and <Client> will execute a new contract, and all monies paid will transfer to the new date. But this only applies with a 6-week notice prior to the date. The new date must be within a month of the original date or the new contract will be subject to Photographer’s then current rates. If the Photographer is unavailable on the new date, the Contract will be cancelled and the retainer will not be-refunded.

The Photographer will, at his discretion, charge a fee for cancellation or postponement.

If Photographer is unable to attend the Event due to fire, flood, casualty, strike, civil disturbance, Emergencies, war, terrorism, Photographer’s sickness, or other acts of God or circumstances beyond the parties’ control, And is unable to provide an approved replacement photographer then Emmanuel Hammond LTD shall return all money paid by <Client> (including any retainer), and this Agreement shall immediately terminate.

This has never happened before in 9 years, So its extremely unlikely

It depends on the nature of the shoot and what comes with your package. I always choose quality rather than quantity and I will choose the best and most significant photos to cover whatever your project requires. All photos come edited in high-resolution.

I absolutely love to travel. I have worked in 18 countries so far so I will come wherever you need me to be.
Unfortunately, I can't fly like superman so I will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING ADDITIONAL FEES AND COSTS RELATED TO LOCATION CHOICE (ADMISSION FEES, PARKING, ETC).

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 25 working days (sometimes more depending on the season and workload). Your project may require a deadline, we can deliver earlier upon request for a small fee.

Once the job has been completed. You must download all the photos from your own personalized gallery Within 72 hours.
You can share them, choose your favourites, and also order prints online!
All your selected photos can be downloaded in full-resolution.

Your Gallery stays online for 6 months before it gets deleted. A small fee will apply to re-upload and access your digital copies. After 1 year, it is in the photographers discretion to get rid of any raws/edits

Every image I deliver is post produced with my unique signature style of post-production. This involves color correction, exposure adjustment, selective black and white processing, clarity adjustments, tone-mapping, and other corrections. Photos won't be delivered unedited unless requested before-hand and additional fees may apply

For clients who have bought digital files as part of our service, Emmanuel Hammond Photography does grant limited reproduction rights for personal use only. Full private galleries and separate copyright buyout fees may apply.

Any client who has bought digital files are entitled (under license) to use them for personal and non-commercial purposes, including producing prints, posters, canvas wraps, books and other printed matter, multi-media slideshows and other computer or electronic media projects and sharing on social media.

All edited photographs taken & displayed are under the copyright of Emmanuel Hammond Photography protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

I don't share raw images because it doesn't reflect the final quality of my work. It lacks the polish and refinement that defines the finished products. Additionally, sharing raw content could compromise the integrity of my creative process and the standards I uphold.

While raw content isn't part of my standard packages, if really needed, you can purchase cutdown raws for an additional 50% of the contracted price. This option allows you to access unedited versions of my work.
